You might receive a response like this:

  • Specialized Expertise
  • Flexibility and Scalability

From this list, let’s say you decide that the most important points to emphasize are Specialized Expertise, Flexibility and Scalability, and Reduced Risk. Now, you can iterate on these key points to start building out your text.

Here’s a prompt to expand on those specific benefits:

Prompt: “Write a short paragraph about why companies should use a staffing agency. Focus on benefits related to Specialized Expertise, Flexibility and Scalability, and Reduced Risk.”

A potential response could be:

“Companies should leverage staffing agencies to gain access to specialized talent pools and industry-specific expertise they might not otherwise find on their own. Then, copy and paste the paragraph generated above with your changes as your starting point, and let the AI expand on the text.  Read the output, make edits, and add your perspective.  Once you’re done, you can copy the final text and ask AI to improve it:

The output will be very close to your starting text. However, you’ll notice improvements in flow and a consistent tone.  If you’re happy with the results, you can publish your post.  A final step would be to use the text from the blog to help create an engaging LinkedIn post and advertise it to the world.  Try a prompt like this:

Prompt: “Write a LinkedIn post based on this blog post”

Again, copy and paste your post into the prompt.  You’ll get a summary complete with tags you can use in your LinkedIn post.  Most likely, you’ll get more than one option to choose from.  Here’s one with a focus on Strategy & Growth:
