Our usage-based pricing aligns your costs with your actual hiring volume. You simply pay a small fee when Xenqu delivers value by automating a workflow or engaging a candidate.

What is a “Record”?
Think of a Record as a single person or candidate profile. Unless you intentionally create a duplicate profile for the same person, you are only charged for that specific individual’s lifecycle events.

The 3 Stages of the Record Lifecycle

1. New Record (Initiation)

  • When it happens: When you create a new profile to start the hiring process, triggering automated communications and task assignments.
  • The Value: Immediate reduction in administrative burden by automating data entry and outreach.
  • Frequency: One-time fee per record. You are never charged this fee again for the same profile.


2. Engaged Record (Participation)

  • When it happens: When the candidate actively logs in and completes their assigned tasks.
  • The Value: This is the “Success Fee.” It confirms the candidate is responsive and moving forward. With a 90% completion rate for engaged candidates, this fee signifies a high probability of a successful hire.
  • Frequency: One-time fee per record.


3. Active Record (Retention & Redeployment)

  • When it happens: When you assign new tasks to an existing employee for things like re-deployment, compliance updates, or re-hiring.
  • The Value: Keeps your long-term maintenance costs low. Instead of paying full price to re-hire a past employee, you pay this significantly reduced rate.
  • Fair Billing Logic: We have built-in protections to ensure you are only charged when necessary:
    • Prerequisite: This fee only applies to candidates who have already completed the “New” and “Engaged” stages.
    • 30-Day Delay: You cannot be charged an Active fee until at least 30 days after the candidate becomes “Engaged.”
    • Monthly Cap: This fee creates a 30-day window. Even if you add multiple tasks to a worker throughout the month, you are charged at most once per month for that record.

You can redeem your credits across a wide variety of configuration and consultation categories:

  • Form Conversion & Optimization: Turn your static PDFs into interactive, mobile-optimized digital forms. Credit usage varies based on the complexity of the form (e.g., number of fields, signature requirements, and page count).
  • Training & Consultation: Book personalized training sessions, process consultations, or testing sessions with our experts to ensure your team is utilizing the platform to its fullest potential.
  • Advanced Customization: Use credits for custom notification workflows, specific ATS field mapping, custom reporting, or conditional form logic.
  • Integration Enhancements: tailored automation flows and additional allowable mappings for your integrations.

Volume Discounts (Committed Spend)

For organizations with high-volume hiring needs, we offer a Committed Spend program. By pre-paying for your estimated annual usage fees, you unlock significant discounts on your per-record rates.
